Participants simply lie down under a blanket, close their eyes, and are guided through a full body guided relaxation to really come down in gear before the calming sound vibrations and optional essential oils take them to a deep restorative journey. These frequencies help quiet the mind, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and ease the body into a restful, meditative state.

Practicalities:

  • 1 - 1,5 hour lying down sessions where you don’t have to do much apart from just closing the eyes and relaxing (on yoga mats/carpets/blankets)

  • A particular focus can be agreed on.
