During the session the only thing to do is to lie down on bolsters under a blanket and relax while you ‘bathe’ in the sound vibrations of different instruments such as the Gongs, singing bowls, chimes, bells etc., simply allowing them to do their magic and massage the body and organs from inside-out. These sessions have a very soothing effect on your nervous system, the sound vibrations help you drop into a meditative state, allow you to relax your body and mind on a deep, nourishing level, so that you can feel rested, re-aligned and relaxed afterwards.

To make this gift even more special you can also add a bottle of calming and re-aligning or nourishing home-made essential oil mix for each person which they will receive during the session and can use whenever they need to tap into calm, ground, inner warmth and inspiration to move forward again (People usually love these!).

A session lasts 70 min, including a short chat about your intentions.

This private prenatal soundbath for 1-2 people is for you (and your birth partner) to truly lean into the softness of rest and trust. To take a pause mid-all the preparations to truly tune into yourself, how you are feeling within this new change of chapters together and how would you like to feel during the times ahead.

You’ll also receive a bottle of the calming and nourishing essential oil mix I use during the sessions for an extra layer of calm as a gift to use during the ret of your pregnancy, bring with you to your birth for a calming anchor and use during motherhood for those calming and re-aligning moments for yourself.
