re:set sunday is created for those of you who need to get out of your head and into your body.
We start the day in nature with fresh air and movement, where you choose the pace yourself. Participate in a Walk & Talk along the water or a guided Run Club facilitated by Cramer Studio.
Afterwards, we gather for a nourishing brunch or lunch at Kroen1936 at Skovriderkroen, where there is time to land, enjoy the community and let your body get new energy.

A calm and deeply nourishing session with a focus on regulation, grounding and inner peace. Facilitated by Saszeline Emanuelle and Kika Krutop

Breathwork & Movement
A more energetic session with music, movement and breathwork that activates the body and creates flow and energy. Facilitated by Jean
The day ends on the terrace overlooking the water, with a green juice or a glass of cava in hand.

RESTORATIVE:
Calm Your Nervous System
Breathwork & Sound Healing Facilitated by Saszeline & Kika
This session is for you who long for peace. Peace in the body. Peace in the nervous system. Peace in the mind.
We begin quietly with gentle movement and grounding, so that the body is gradually allowed to land and create space for what is. You are then guided through a deep breathwork session, where breathing becomes a tool to release tension, create contact inward and regulate the nervous system. Along the way, sound healing is woven into the experience through crystal bowls and organic sounds, which help the body to let go and find peace on a deeper level. The session ends in silence and rest, allowing the body time to integrate the experience.
This session is especially good for those who feel:

● disconnected from the body
● in need of calm and grounding
PERFORMANCE:
Boost Your Energy
Breathwork & Movement - Facilitated by Jean Rikke Gorell & team
This session is for those who long for new energy, more presence and the feeling of being alive in the body.
We start with guided movement that awakens the body, stimulates the nervous system and creates contact with energy, pulse and flow. After that, we move into a deeper breathwork session with headphones and music, where you are guided through sound, breathing and sensation.
The headphones create a more intense and present experience, where you can more easily draw focus inward, immerse yourself in your own process and let go of attention to everything around you. Music, voice and breath merge and provide a more personal and immersive experience.
A session with a focus on energy, connection, inner focus and physical activation.
Many subsequently experience:
