This is a gift card for an entry to a deeply relaxing and recharging ‘Relax & Restore’ group soundbath session. Treat yourself or someone you care for 1,5 hours of something increasingly special - time for themselves to fill their cup and just be present. Time to pause the world, deeply rest & relax, slow everything down, quiet that monkey mind, recenter, and restore your whole system so that you can feel calmer, more grounded, connected, nourished and recharged for anything you need to tackle.

In group-based sound bath sessions the only thing to do is to lie down under a blanket and relax while you bathe in the sound vibrations of different instruments such as the Gongs, singing bowls, chimes, bells etc., simply allowing them to do their magic and massage the body and organs from inside-out. These sessions have a soothing effect on your nervous system, the sound vibrations help you drop into a meditative state, allow you to relax your body and mind on a deep, nourishing level, so that you can feel rested, re-aligned and relaxed afterwards.

I host my regular Relax & Restore sound bath sessions around 1-2 times a month, usually on Saturday afternoons. After your purchase I will send you a personal virtual gift card with the name of the person you’d like to gift it to. Gift cards are valid for 6 months
