This is a gift card for an individual deeply relaxing and nourishing sound massage session, plus a a nourishing and warming 5ml essential oil roll-on mixed with an intention to bring all the inner joy, warmth, spark and grounded warmth - to feel happy and pleased here and now.

If you have been to a group sound bath then I invite you to dip even deeper! In these truly special individual sound therapy sessions we can work with your individual concerns. The main instruments used are the Tibetan singing bowls which, as you lie down dressed on your back or front are played around and on your body, allowing the sound vibrations massage your whole body from the inside.

On a more simple emotional level, these sessions are mostly valued for and sought out for deep relaxation - to get ‘tuned-in’ with oneself and increase both physical and emotional wellbeing - to be able to fully relax, drop into a meditative state, relieve stress, restore the body, rebalance, and soothe the nervous system. I have seen the greatest results on people who are dealing with quite a lot of nervousness and anxiety, also people who find loud sounds of the gong overwhelming.

A session lasts 70 min, including a short chat. The sessions take place at a treatment room in Copenhagen or in the comfort of your home in Copenhagen.
