If you only want to join for a single 40min livestream class then you can purchase your access here at least an hour before the class. You will then receive a link to the zoom livestream to you inbox before the class and will also be sent a recording of the class after in case you didn’t make it to class on time and/or want to practice it again or when it suits you.
