In many ways the world is getting more busy, stressful and sedentary. I really do feel how important it is to make at least a little bit of time for movement, either energising, strengthening or calming, and tuning in and grounding to remain resilient and maintain a lifestyle that is sustainable for both our physical and emotional wellbeing, to reduce aches and stiffness and feel calmer, more clear-headed, connected to ourselves and our needs, and energised. This is why I wanted to create something you would have access to at any time you needed to move and tune in, any time you needed to connect back inwards and find some calm. These three classes are a variety you can use in every time of the day, however many times you wish:

  1. Morning energiser - Rise and shine!

  2. Work break - Energise and refocus!

  3. Evening unwind - Rest and restore.

Class 1: Morning Energiser - Rise and Shine!

A 37-MINUTE YUMMY DYNAMIC FLOW TO ROLL OUT FROM THE MORNING STIFFNESS AND START YOUR DAY OFF RIGHT - ENERGISED AND GROUNDED!

In this class we will move through the whole body - from toes to the top of our heads. We will stretch out any tightness, get into a nice flow-state and get the blood flowing to energise you for your day ahead. We will also activate all those muscles that become dormant when sitting the whole day to contribute to a better posture and prevent further aches and tightness.


Class 2: Work-break - Refocus and Energise

A GREAT AND QUICK 12- MINUTE STANDING PRACTICE FOR WHENEVER YOU FEEL YOUR MIND IS A LITTLE BIT ALL OVER THE PLACE OR NOWHERE, WHEN YOU NEED A LITTLE BREATHER OR A RESET DURING YOUR WORKDAY.

This week’s class is a nice short standing practice you can do anywhere, at any time and in any attire. We well get the blood flowing, stretch out all those places that tend to get tight when we sit for long periods, and activate the muscles which contribute to a better posture for the rest of your day ahead. After this class you are likely to feel more energised, yet grounded and focused. Have fun! ;)


Class 3: evening unwind - relax and restore

THIS WEEK’S CLASS IS A PERFECT PRACTICE FOR AN EVENING WIND-DOWN. IT IS A NICE SHORT 18-MINUTE CLASS WHICH FEELS ESPECIALLY GOOD AND CALMING AFTER A LONG DAY, WHEN YOU FEEL MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY A BIT MORE TIRED AND TIGHT.

We will stretch out all the tightness and tension from the day from all those places we tend to feel the most - upper- and lower back, hips and shoulders. We will slow down and melt into relaxation.

To make it especially nice it might be nice to light some candles and dim down the light to really treat yourself to a nice self-care session. :)After this class you are likely to feel calmer and more relaxed, lighter yet more grounded both physically and mentally. Enjoy!
